shipping costs paid by the buyer & delivery address is not included in the list

Hello, I want to send an order to the buyer. When I enter the package dimensions, etc., I’m asked to choose Mondial Relay, but the one indicated on the delivery note is not in the list offered by Mondial Relay. The buyer paid the shipping costs, but when I create the shipping label, I still have to pay. Is this normal?

Good evening @brigbril    1) To access all delivery points, you shouldn’t go through the eBay platform: go directly to the Mondial Relay website and link your eBay account there to benefit from the same rates and have more choice.   2) of course it’s normal (this isn’t your first sale, after all): the seller has to advance the shipping costs, and will be credited, at the end of the sale, with the total: item + shipping - commission fees   Regards
