Return shipping costs
Hello, I want to return an item because it doesn't match the listing, but the seller tells me they can't give me a shipping label and that I have to do it myself and that they'll refund me afterward via PayPal. How can I trust them?

Mentor2 years agoHello @rocket.t_31
"the seller tells me that he can't give me a delivery note" = An overseas seller indeed can't.
But nothing guarantees that he'll keep his word...
= check with customer service

OP2 years agoActually, as soon as I want to "ask Ebay to intervene" I can't do it, I go to the return request on my account and there is no option to ask for Ebay's help or anything like that. I don't understand how to do it?
Best regards

Mentor2 years agoGood evening @rocket.t_31,
Do what is indicated in this link-----------> Return an item to get a refund | eBay
Instructions-->
As for the return label... it's exactly the same thing as a shipping label from La Poste or Mondial Relay... except that the sender will be => you.. and the recipient => your seller...
You fill it out directly with the carrier you choose, you pay and you send it...
Don't forget to include the tracking number on the return request
Normally you don't need help from eBay for that...
Best regards
