Delivery fees on the Ebay platform are more expensive than on Mondial Relay for Spain
Summary: ph41000 describes a frustrating experience with shipping fees on eBay. They tried to send a package to Spain via Mondial Relay, where a cost of 8.39 euros was displayed. However, the actual cost turned out to be more than 13 euros, which led to the sale being canceled. *miss-tigri* advised going directly through Mondial Relay by importing the sale to get a better rate.
Hello, I’m in the process of losing a sale because I went to get the delivery price for Spain on the Mondial Relay website, and for a 0.9 kg package the site shows me 8.39 euros. After struggling to modify my listing for shipping to Spain, I put that rate. My buyer confirms their order and when I want to edit the shipping label, I end up with a rate of more than 13 euros??? So the sale was canceled and I’m struggling to find a solution.

Mentor1 year agoHello
Did you go directly through Mondial Relay or Packlink?

Forget eBay's shipping platform and import your sale to Mondial Relay.
The rate will be cheaper.
