Hello, I am a seller,Shipping costs are not updated by Ebay when I sell several lots in the same listing, even though the sale price of my lots is correctly multiplied by the quantity of lots sold. Generally, buyers pay for their purchases right away, which does not allow me to readjust the shipping cost amount. Does anyone have the solution please? Thanks in advance

Hello @fridzy eBay is only applying the settings you defined. And indeed there is a problem because I took a random listing for a product you sell in multiple copies and it says "free" for each additional item. So naturally, if the buyer takes several, the shipping fees will remain at 2.82 euros.
