Return shipping for damaged product
Hello, the seller says that the return shipping cost is our responsibility, whereas we received an email from eBay stating that the shipping cost will be refunded or that the seller will provide a return label.
how can we get eBay to step in so that the seller provides the return label?
the item was received damaged.
