Hello Another nasty surprise with eBay, I wanted to place a big order yesterday and I was about to pay when I saw that eBay was offering me a €20 discount voucher with a code. Well, I said that’s very, very good, I’ll pay tomorrow. I was about to pay today and the €20 discount voucher had disappeared with the code? Normally we have discount vouchers that we can have on our account, but it’s impossible to access them? Does anyone know a trick because it’s impossible to contact eBay. Before there was a chat that was very, very good for people with disabilities and unfortunately everything is done by phone. Thank you for your help. Stéphane
