DHL return shipping costs
The seller [Pseudo] sent me a completely trashed DVD, torn with cutter marks and moldy from the glue, probably because the item was stored poorly in their warehouse. So I started a return process for a refund. But the return is being handled by DHL, who are asking for international shipping fees. However, according to eBay's returns policy, returns are free. Does anyone know how to get out of this bad eBay experience?
