Returns not accepted
hello I bought a jersey from a seller he didn’t send me the right size. I don’t want to pay the return shipping costs but after my requests to him he doesn’t want to pay the costs either. On the other hand I can’t find the option to have EBAY step in in my return request.

It’s not by staying "stuck in your positions" each on your own side that you’ll move forward to do something positive...
If everything stays blocked... you still have one solution----->
resell the jersey and thus get your money back...
Otherwise, you return the jersey, pay for the shipping, and then get reimbursed for everything.
Also, you have 60 days to explain how you feel on your seller’s profile by leaving feedback.
It’s not by playing the "santons" that you’ll be satisfied.
