I’m a private individual who wanted to buy a right wing mirror for my Toyota Verso S 2012
Before buying it, I asked the seller whether the item was compatible with my car, and the seller replied with a purchase offer
So I paid €103, but the item arrived and unfortunately it wasn’t the right one (not compatible with my car) and it was in poor condition
For that, I requested a return and a refund
I would like to ask for your help because I also need the delivery costs refunded, since the seller did not honor their commitments
