Hello I’m a private seller, I’m selling an item and it’s 5 cm too large for Mondial Relay, so the pickup is refused: fair enough and Mondial Relay refunded me without any problem, thanks to them eBay refunds the buyer in full, fair enough but I received 42 euros (48 minus the fees, so 42 euros) from the sale and eBay took 48 euros from me so I’m missing 6 euros how should I go about getting refunded for this shortfall? kind regards
