Sales fees without sales
Summary: soplai-6577 explains that they ran into a problem with a canceled sale on eBay because of an oversight related to using multiple accounts. They received a collection letter for fees they consider unfair. koalagris responds by explaining that, according to eBay's terms of use, commission fees are still due even if the transaction is not completed, and reminds them of the importance of properly tracking their listings.
I think that's outrageous.
Can you help me please?

Read the T&Cs = refusal to sell (unfulfilled transaction), the commission fees are due.

It is up to you to keep track of the listings you post, without spreading yourself across several accounts... You have to take responsibility for your laxness.
