Hello, I've had an issue for a few months. I posted a sales listing on eBay, someone bought my item right away, but I used another eBay account for a while and unfortunately I didn't see the purchase. So time passed and the sale was canceled. I only found out about all this when I received a letter from a debt collection agency... However, I don't want to pay fees on a sale that didn't go through.
I think that's outrageous.
Can you help me please?

Read the T&Cs = refusal to sell (unfulfilled transaction), the commission fees are due.

It is up to you to keep track of the listings you post, without spreading yourself across several accounts... You have to take responsibility for your laxness.
