shipping costs
Hello after sales, I see that the buyer has shipping costs, that eBay has collected shipping fees and that I will have to pay when I send my parcel at the post office. I don't understand that the buyer has paid and that I will indeed have to pay when I drop off my parcel at the post office. Can someone explain it to me? thank you

Didn't you read the Terms of Service before selling on the site? 🤔
On eBay, the seller has to advance the shipping costs, the site will pay back the total item+shipping amount at the end of the sale.
Unlike other sites, the seller does not have a prepaid shipping label.
