Shipping costs: who pays?
Hello
Who pays the shipping fees, are they refunded to my account, and if the buyer paid less than the actual shipping costs, who pays the difference?
The buyer paid €20 for actual costs of €28.

looking at your successful sales, we can see that the buyer paid what you had set. Since this is a mistake on your part, it would be very inappropriate to ask them to pay the difference. After that, it’s up to you to decide what you want to do.
As for the 20 euros paid, they will be paid back to you at the same time as the sale amount.
