shipping fees on the eBay platform
Summary: lalandaise expressed confusion about a €14 fee to get a shipping label on eBay, despite the buyer having already paid the initial shipping costs. lingma85 and *miss-tigri* explained that these fees should be recovered during the transaction, suggesting contacting customer service if that is not the case.
At no point are these €14 reimbursed to me.
Is this normal?

Mentor1 year agoShipping costs are paid to the seller at the same time as the sale amount ..
If that's not the case, contact customer service.

The buyer advances the shipping costs so that you can pay the carrier...
You get them back when ebay pays you the amount of the transaction you made, once its own fees have been deducted...
