Hello, I haven't found an answer. I paid to ship the item I sold, but how will I get that amount back? And how will the buyer know if I sent it? Please, it's my first sale, I'm a bit lost 😊 thanks!!! Isabelle
If you received the message from eBay saying that the item is sold, paid for, and that you can proceed with shipping, you will need to advance the shipping costs with the delivery method chosen and paid for by the buyer. These costs will be paid to you at the same time as the sale amount (sales fees deducted) in about 3 weeks, if your account is OK.
Go directly to the Mondial Relay website or to La Poste because eBay’s shipping platform isn’t fully working yet..

une fois le bordereau d'envoi créé le N° de suivi apparaît sur l'annonce si vous envoyez par Mondial Relay .
Si autre mode de livraison ajoutez le N° de suivi sur l'annonce .
L'acheteur pourra ainsi suivre l'acheminement du colis en se connectant sur le site du transporteur .
Les fonds de cette vente vous seront versés sur votre compte bancaire env. 3 semaines après vu que vous êtes nouveau vendeur .
