shipping fees
Hello. I am currently having a difficulty with the shipping costs charged to my buyers. In fact, they receive from the site an invoice with fees in the amount of €1.16, whereas my listings are created with an amount of €1.52 (France green letter rate 2026). Everything was working fine just a few days ago, and I can't manage to fix this inconsistency. Thank you for your help.

OP3 months agoThank you for your message. But I went back into my sales terms manager. The fees shown are indeed the ones that should be applied by Ebay when the invoice is sent... I don't understand where this amount of €1.16 comes from. I also can't find how to prevent buyers from paying before having received an invoice from me.

Mentor3 months agoYou don't specify whether you can manually edit the listings to correct this amount or not...
Could you possibly have an "old" delivery condition at €1.16 that has reactivated itself?
if yes: delete it, and on your €1.52 condition simulate a change then submit to the current listings, so that the update is done automatically.
"how to prevent buyers from paying before having received an invoice from me" = not possible, in any case the shipping costs indicated on the listing are contractual, we can't increase them after purchase (except bulk purchases).
We won't be able to tell you more here, on the forum, so if it's stuck the best thing is to contact customer service, they are the only ones who can see your account.

Mentor3 months agoI forgot: each active listing must be tied to the €1.52 delivery condition, please check that side too.
