Hello, I am an individual and I posted a single ad and I was charged €9 in insertion fees and the following month the same thing, why? I deleted this ad because I find it very expensive, whereas normally we are entitled to 150 ads. Can someone tell me why? And is it possible to get a refund? thanks in advance

The automotive category does not qualify for free fees
for the refund, I don't think you can get a credit note.
