Fees claimed by eBay
Hello,
I sold only one item on eBay for a value of €30 by posting a free listing. eBay is charging me €129 in fees. It's unbelievable. I sent messages on their platform to try to understand, to no avail! Could someone help me please?

Only customer service has visibility into your account (under no circumstances the users of this forum), and will therefore be able to respond to you.
I don't know what procedure you followed to send "emails", since normally it's by phone.
Make a callback request (7 days a week between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.):
