Extra fees, oops!
I bought parts in England, paid for the parts, shipping and VAT, all for around €250. But UPS is asking me for additional fees, €50.... Impossible to reach UPS or eBay... Any advice ?

it's better to pay to retrieve the package, but if these charges are doubled, ask for a refund from eBay

If VAT was charged a second time by the carrier for the delivery of your goods, contact eBay using the link below and provide proof of the double payment. The VAT charged by eBay on the original transaction can then be refunded to you
