Dishonest future buyer - threats

Could you help me out.

I started a few months ago selling on e-bay, and today a potential buyer didn’t like that I refused his offer politely twice.

Also, after I explained to him that I wouldn’t do business with him, he started hurling insults and threats of opening a dispute while explaining the whole procedure to me (haha).

I’d like to report him to e-bay so they can ban his accounts (apparently), but I can’t find any section about this topic.

I took screenshots of the conversation I had with him.

Would you be able to help me?
