I posted an ad to sell an item at auction, however the person won the auction and refuses to pay me, because allegedly his son messed around on eBay. I would like to know if, by canceling the sale, I will be charged the selling fees as well as the listing fees.
( there was 130 euros worth )

On day J+4 you make a cancellation for non-payment, to be closed 4 days later: the commission fees will be cancelled.

you get back the selling fees and the buyer will get a warning
or you make a cancellation at the buyer's request (they have to make the request)
