Summary: domgarnier4485 bought an Agfa photo printer that broke down during the warranty period. I bought an Agfa photo printer from a reseller, it broke down during the warranty period, the manufacturer tells me, and it's stated in their terms and conditions, that I need to deal with the reseller, and the reseller is ignoring me. He replied when I asked him for the invoice, but since I sent him the manufacturer's response, silence...
Also, and bravo eBay, it's impossible to reach them so they can intervene because the purchase is over 90 days old.

On eBay, the dispute period is limited to 30 days from the delivery date; after that, there’s no recourse on the site...
