Legal warranty for items sold by a known seller listed on eBay

Do items purchased on EBay benefit from a 24-month legal warranty from sellers, even if these items are technical items related to the automotive field.
Engine spare parts or peripheral assemblies related to the engine
How can this warranty be enforced with the seller and under what conditions

Applies only to professional sellers registered with the trade and companies register in France.
(Recourse: formal notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the seller, then consumer fraud enforcement if the seller refuses this legal obligation)
Ebay has nothing to do with it (the dispute period on the site is 30 days from the delivery date, after which they no longer intervene), since it is a matching platform, the seller remains responsible for their sales.
So, in the context of your specific question, forget purchases from private individuals and foreign sellers, even professional ones, if you want this legal guarantee.
