Warranty refused by the seller and no communication after the refusal | Community Mentor Help

Hello everyone, I bought a Blackview phone from blackview_global ,on their listing they say it has a two-year warranty but the thing is, it just broke down and they’re refusing the warranty on the pretext that it’s a seller in China, whereas,blackview_global is based in Germany ?? Following their first reply refusing the warranty, I’ve had no further response from them (4 days since my request). I can’t find any way to open a dispute with Ebay since the order is a little over a year old. Have you ever had this kind of problem and is there a solution? Thanks in advance.
