Hello, I contacted the seller because I had not received the package, so that opened a dispute on eBay. After giving me the package number, I contacted the carrier, who told me there was an error with the address.
now I want to return the item because it does not match the photos, but if I close the dispute, does the guarantee no longer work ????
I wonder if the seller did this intentionally so as not to have a return

If your purchase already has a dispute for item not received.... as you imply...
you cannot open another one for a return...
You need to sort this out directly with the seller...
