Hello bank is a virtual bank.... which ebay doesn't like..
The site only recognizes traditional banks and not this hybrid form of bank.
On the other hand, it is only available in certain European countries... but not everywhere.

eBay requires a current bank account in your name to pay out the money from your sales. Paypal is no longer accepted to receive payouts since eBay started handling payments (2021).
For Hello Bank, check with customer service directly.
