Hello,
Is it possible to get in touch with a human?? I hadn't seen that the item I ordered was to be handed over in person, which explains why I didn't receive anything and that I got scammed out of €170. I'm following the steps indicated, but it's impossible to send an email to the seller "an error has occurred....)" for the past 48 hours. The last time for me.
