I have a problem with the delivery of an item: the tracking with an eBay code stops in the United States (I’m in France) and the delivery is delayed. It seems that the item is stuck in customs, but I cannot be contacted because the seller may not have added my email address or my phone number to the shipment. In addition, the seller claims that he cannot track the parcel after it leaves the United States because DHL is now responsible for it. He advises me to contact customs or DHL myself to get more information. However, I do not have a tracking code beyond the eBay one (which is not compatible with DHL). What can I do?

Indeed, tracking always stops when it leaves the United States... No info on the current status or position.
