Importing eBay transactions into Mondial Relay is impossible

Since this morning, it’s been impossible to import Ebay orders into Mondial Relay.
This problem is unfortunately recurring.
And since I have to combine 5 orders from one buyer into a single shipment, I can’t do it via Packlink, which doesn’t let me take out additional coverage above €25, even though I want €125 insurance.
I contacted customer service this morning, who told me that this problem was being resolved and that a return to normal was planned by tomorrow. Do you believe that? The last similar outage was 6 months ago and it took Ebay 10 days to resolve the problem.

Forget Packlink and go directly through Mondial Relay...
To do that, you just need to link your eBay account to M.R.-----> eBay by Mondial Relay - Send your parcels to Lockers and Relay Points - Mondial Relay
You will have fewer problems than with the eBay shipping platform...

As the title of my post indicated, since yesterday importing Ebay transactions into Mondial Relay was impossible, my 2 accounts having been linked for a long time, Ebay confirmed to me that it was a general issue that had been reported by many users.
Good news, since this morning it’s back to normal; for once Ebay seems to have been responsive and the incident will only have lasted 24 hours. The last time (September 2024) it lasted almost 10 days!
