Hello,I’m having a problem with a return. Return reference [Référence]I bought an item from the seller [Pseudo] on May 7, 2025. The item arrived damaged, and I opened a return via eBay on May 16.The seller provided me with a Colissimo return label, and I sent the item back on May 21, with tracking number [Référence]. The parcel did leave and was scanned in Spain on May 31, but since then it has not been delivered and the tracking remains stuck.The return is still shown as “in progress” on eBay, but the seller no longer responds to my messages.I have met all the return conditions and would like to ask eBay to close this return in my favor and issue the refund. So I asked to be called by customer service.However, apparently, I cannot receive phone calls from eBay for no reason whatsoever (except for emails received telling me that they are unable to reach me...) , so how can I contact customer service directly to get out of this dead end ???? Thank yoooou
