unable to accept an offer
Hello, I’m a seller on eBay and sometimes I can’t accept an offer made by a buyer for one of my items for sale; an error message tells me that I have too many unpaid items even though I’m a seller and not a buyer, and I often have to cancel sales for non-payment. What can I do?
