Unable to cancel my sale even though I have no bidders.
Hello,
I put a ceramic dinner set up for auction for 7 days. The listing was automatically renewed. Having been viewed, but neither watched nor sold at the end of those 7 days, I want to withdraw it from sale and keep it after all. No matter how much I try to cancel the sale through eBay's software, nothing happens and this item stays online!!! Why?
