Unable to contact the seller

Hello,
I want to contact a seller but I systematically receive the following notification "It seems that this listing is causing a problem. Your account may have been used without your permission.
Get a call to access your account and continue selling, bidding, or communicating with other members". No matter how much I prove my identity by entering the security codes sent by ebay, it is impossible for me to access a contact window that would let me send a message to the seller. Whether I go through the seller's username or the item number, it's always the same thing!
It's also impossible to contact ebay about this.....
Has anyone got the solution?

If your phone number isn't up to date (and so you can't receive a call from the site), please see this procedure:
