Unable to create the shipping slip
Hello, I sold an item and when I fill out the form, after weight and H.L.l. I select the pickup point and then everything jumps to another page telling me that the operation is impossible. Previously I would validate on the tab that appeared to accept the conditions and it was the same. I no longer sold on eBay, I'm starting to understand why.
Thanks in advance

Go directly to the Mondial Relay website to buy the shipping label (by linking your eBay account there, you'll get the same rates, without the endless bugs of eBay's shipping platform).
best regards
