Hello everyone
For a while now, it has been impossible for me to complete a purchase or place a bid!
Each time, I’m asked to click a link to receive a call, which then turns into an SMS code confirming that it’s really my phone. After validating my code, I can go back to my account, but it’s still impossible for me to resume this operation..
Here is the exact message:
"It seems that this listing is causing a problem. Your account may have been used without your permission.
Receive a call to access your account and continue selling, bidding, or communicating with other members. {e208553-1241925x}"
For info, I changed browsers, cleared the history, cookies, switched from my PC to my tablet ::: same problem.
What’s the solution?

OP1 year agoThanks for your guidance.
I had opened another eBay account to make a few purchases, but it was only temporary.
This one is my main account, so I absolutely need to get it unblocked

= try the procedure indicated in case of account impersonation...

Because nothing will be unlocked until you've spoken to someone at ebay on the phone.

What a solution...??
The best thing is to contact Customer Service here------> eBay customer service
preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
You’ll have someone who will guide you to get out of this dead end.
