I have an eBay store with 75,000 listings. Since November 27, my "report" tab has no longer been working and I can no longer download my inventory in order to manage my stock, especially to remove items I’ve sold. After at least 30 phone calls and an open "case," after 4 months, I’m still at the same point. I think no one has looked into my problem. Today, I sold another unavailable book. I called and asked for my store to be closed while the problem is being resolved (I really find it very unpleasant to offer unavailable items for sale). I got a bit angry when the only option I was given was to delete my listings, which is precisely what I can’t do (unless I delete them in batches of 200, which means 375 operations...). I would like to communicate with someone who understands my problem and not with receptionists who may be doing their best but have no solution to offer me.
