Hello,
following the purchase of a clutch incompatible with my truck and a phone call with the seller which turned out to be positive since the dimensions are the same, only the width of the teeth is wrong, I therefore made a return request which was accepted, bought a return label on ebay (collisimo from the post office).
I dropped it in my mailbox, and the post office gave me a tracking number that works since I can see my parcel in transit.
However, when I want to mark it as "SENT" (which is the case since the parcel is being tracked on the post office website) when I enter my tracking number as well as the carrier name I get an old message
""The specified carrier is not valid or cannot be used for this return""
So I end up with my parcel going to the seller with no way to get refunded since the dispute is no longer moving forward (stuck at the SENT step to be validated).
I did try contacting customer service but apart from telling me to make a return request that already exists, and given the price I don't plan on not getting refunded.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to me, I just tried with another browser, and the same message appears:
""The specified carrier is not valid or cannot be used for this return""
The seller told me he would force the refund by marking the package as received when he gets it.
After a bit of research online, there seems to be a huge problem with eBay's module when you use their return label (impossible to enter the label code, it's activated but not visible, anyway it's a real mess).
I honestly thought that going through them would save me from problems.
That'll teach me for next time, I'll send it myself!

Have you tried using a different browser than the one you usually use..?
and/or
cleared the recent history of your usual browser, after logging out of eBay... By logging back in, that sometimes helps restore missing functions...
