Unable to pay by credit card
Hello, a buyer is telling me that he can’t pay by bank card. It seems that an option would need to be “opened” to allow this payment method?
I suspect the buyer is looking for an excuse.

no "option" to open: payment methods are automatically offered by ebay, the seller has no control at that level.
= It’s up to the buyer to check with the site (or with their bank) what’s blocking their card....
