Unable to download and print the shipping slip
Hello,
I sold an item. I can't get the shipping label. The printable label format is frozen, doesn't work, impossible to download for printing. I sent a message to the buyer, I'm waiting for their reply. I've searched through Ebay's help center, without success.
Has anyone already run into this kind of problem? If so, could you explain what I need to do, please? Thanks in advance, have a nice day Hélène

Using the site’s delivery platform is not mandatory.
Once you have done what’s needed, you’ll have the parcel tracking number on Mondial Relay... and you’ll enter it on the transaction.
