Unable to validate an auction in auction format

Hello everyone,

for 20 years I have been putting items up for sale on ebay in auction format. Today, when I want to validate my auction listing with starting price and auction duration, I get a message: "to request immediate payment, you must specify a Buy It Now price"

how can I solve this problem that I have never encountered before?

If you're talking about the soap, the listing in auction format did indeed go through at 5:52 PM.
