Hello, I'm having trouble sending private messages to buyers to let them know about a delay in parcels with the post office. I receive an eBay message in English saying that the message is blocked because it is considered offensive::"Your message was blocked because it contains language that may be considered offensive. Please rephrase and try again."
I contacted customer support, no restrictions on my account. I wanted to know whether other people have this problem. It happens both in a browser and in the app.
