Unable to enter the return number for my Colissimo

Hello everyone, I've been struggling for several days now. I actually returned a product that didn’t match the description (not compatible with my car), but in the item return field, I can’t manage to enter the Colissimo number. I enter it, I validate, but I get sent back to the product return page without it saving the Colissimo number. In the meantime, eBay tells me I’m late with the return even though the item was received by the seller several days ago and the seller isn’t replying to me... do you have a link to contact eBay? I’m going in circles in their menu. Thank you
