Unable to write a message to the buyer

Question

I want to let my buyer know that their parcel is available at the pickup point, but with this new messaging system I don't even know where or how to do it anymore, not the slightest icon or button to tell us this is where it is or this is how it works, in short innovations are great when they make things easier to use, not when they make them more complicated

Many thanks, I’m all set now; however, I think it’s a shame not to have indicated "write your message" instead of "send the message" — that would have had the merit of being clearer
