Hello, I’m a new private seller. I recently sold 3 items without any problem, by editing the shipping labels. I have 3 other items to ship, _ but when I click on "Get a postage label" or from the listing, if I click on "Send now", _ the error page "Order not found appears" (see at the end, the full message) _ I should mention that I changed the name (username) on my ebay account, between the posting of the listings and the order. but I only have one account. It is impossible for me to send the order, even manually, because I do not have access to the shipping information (address, carrier choice) of the customer. I read and browsed through the help pages, and the information on labels, and shipping labels, but I did not find any explanation.
