The seller tells me that he sells and has sold internationally, but already in the listing there is no shipping amount. Then when I want to buy it, I'm told that the seller doesn't ship to you and that I need to find another item elsewhere. What can I do?
Only the seller can act: it’s up to them to know how to configure their account, or to put your username in their list of "buyers exempt from the requirements" to allow you to buy.
If they don’t know how, they should look in the site help or on the ebay.com forum
