Impossible to activate the eBay warranty
Hello, I placed an order on November 3, I never received it. I started the process to cancel the order, the seller never replied to me. I waited the 3 business days to activate "ask eBay to intervene" but it's impossible to get to that step, all I can do is contact the seller, I've written to him at least 5 times and he is still ignoring me.
Has anyone ever had this situation? Thanks for your help!
