IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A SOLUTION
Hello,
The package has been received by the buyer, who confirmed to me that he is very satisfied with its arrival.
However, on eBay, the status still says that the package has not been delivered.
The official tracking from Mondial Relay nevertheless clearly indicates that the package has been delivered. It therefore seems that the delivery status was not updated correctly in the eBay API.
I would kindly ask you to manually check the tracking directly on the official Mondial Relay website and update the delivery status in my case.
Since the package was indeed delivered, I would also thank you for proceeding with the release of the corresponding funds.
Of course, I can provide you with the tracking number as well as any necessary proof of delivery.
