It’s been a while since I’ve been able to enter a tracking number on the site!

Indeed, it gives me an error message when entering the tracking number and the carrier name, and so I get this message : "A problem occurred. Close your window and try again...

As much as I do what it says in the message, nothing works!
For info, even without a VPN, it doesn’t work...

Have you experienced this kind of issue?

I can’t figure out how to contact eBay to explain my issue to them
