Impossible to get a response from the seller about the parcel tracking
If I’m posting this message, it’s because I can no longer get any response from the seller "AUTO ELEGANCE" to update me on the tracking of the parcel (Order no. 18-12668-39115). To my great surprise, the parcel was sent without a tracking number. How can we get an update on where the parcel is at?

"How can we get updates on where the parcel is?" = impossible without the tracking number, which only the seller can provide...
So you'll need to wait until the delivery deadline has passed before considering opening a dispute for an item not received.
