Unable to change the country

Hello, I put an item up for sale, I'm in France and eBay acts as if I were in Belgium... I'm trying in vain to select France and it's always Belgium that shows up. I've contacted eBay, no response... I have to admit I'm at a loss... If someone could help me. Looking forward to that, thanks. Jacqueline

Where exactly are you making this selection?

Are you properly logged in to ebay.FR ?
